Leads in Q2 ARMLS listings by dollar volume/transaction sales
Phoenix, Ariz., July 27, 2008 — Realty Executives Phoenix announced today that it has maintained its Arizona real estate leadership position throughout 2008 in key areas: number of transactions and dollar volume. This ranking is based on information from the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) for the period 1/01/08 through 6/30/08.
Based on the ARMLS information, Realty Executives Phoenix had 4,937 residential transactions in Q1 through Q 2 and a total dollar volume of $1,361,349,171. The nearest competitor sells 54% of Realty Executives total volume for 2008. Realty Executives ranks first in per agent productivity at $2.1 million versus the nearest competitor at $1.9 million per agent.
