REALTY EXECUTIVES AGENTS ELECTED TO LEADERSHIP ROLES
Five Agents Will Lead Real Estate Professional Associations
PHOENIX (Oct. 26, 2005) – Five Realty Executives agents were recently elected to leadership positions within various Arizona real estate associations. The newly-elected agents and their positions are as follows:
Ø Rod Ryan will take over as president of the Glendale-West Board of REALTORS®, effective Nov. 11.
Ø Kathy Sanford is the new Phoenix Association of REALTORS® president.
Ø Craig W. Sanford will take over as the 2006 president of the Arizona Association of REALTORS®.
Ø Marty Stephens will be installed as the president of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® on Nov. 3.
Ø Liz Echeverria was elected the 2006 Southeast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS® president-elect.
Ryan, a Peoria resident, has been a realtor for 25 years in the Metro Phoenix area. He is a Certified Residential Specialist, holds a professional designation from the Graduate REALTOR® Institute and is an Associate Broker. He works in the Realty Executives Arrowhead office.
Kathy Sanford, a Phoenix resident, has been a licensed REALTOR® for 28 years and holds a professional designation from the Graduate REALTOR® Institute. She works in the Realty Executives Pointe office in Phoenix.
Craig W. Sanford, a Phoenix resident, has been a licensed real estate agent for more than 27 years. His professional designations include Certified Residential Specialist and he holds a professional designation from the Graduate REALTOR® Institute.
Stephens, a Scottsdale resident, has had a license in real estate for 27 years. Her professional designations include Certified Residential Specialist and she holds a professional designation from the Graduate REALTOR® Institute. Stephens also serves as both an Association of Arizona Realtors and a National Association of REALTORS® director.
Echeverria, an Ahwatukee resident, is a Certified Residential Specialist, holds a professional designation from the Graduate REALTOR® Institute, is a Senior Real Estate Specialist and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Other professional designations include Leadership Training Graduate, Performance Management Network, Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and the e-Pro Internet and Referral & Relocations certifications.
